What is your favorite clay??!!

I was just sitting here at Campbell's pondering the multitude of clay bodies in the world with many textures, colors and firing ranges. Would you share some thoughts on a couple of your favorite clay bodies? What qualities of these clays brings out the love? Let me know what cone range they are as well as your use for them(functional or sculptural.)
