Can I use Silica 325 as a substitute for flint in a cone 6 glaze containing nepheline syanite and ball clay?

Silica and Flint are essentially the same, except flint may have trace amounts of limestone(CaO) but are terms often used interchangeably in ceramics. Typically, most cone 6 glaze formulas that require flint/silica use 325 mesh silica. I hope this helps!
